Arbitration Experience
Involved as counsel in about a dozen of significant international commercial arbitration disputes, mostly through ICC arbitration rules, also in close cooperation with the global Benelux Arbitration Group of NautaDutilh .
Mostly corporate / finance related disputes, as well as investment, construction and oil and gas matters.
Extensive experience in the field of enforcement of arbitral awards.
