Arbitration Experience

I have handled 12 arbitrations under the rules of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; 6 as chair and 6 as wing arbitrator.
I have represented clients in 5 arbitrations as party counsel; both international and domestic cases. These were under ICC, UNCITRAL, VIAC and Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry rules.
The subject matter of my cases varied among concessions agreements, JVAs, construction disputes, real estate related disputes (SPA and lease) and commercial disputes.
