2003-2017 : Partner at Law firm Felten & Associés (member of Multilaw) – in charge of the litigation department
1993-2003 : Cofounder of Law firm Reding & Felten – In charge of the litigation department

1998 : Working periods in Kigali (Rwanda) as lawyer

• Litigation regarding bilateral investment treaties (BIT) and enforcement of arbitration awards:
  – Procedure regarding the validity of arbitration awards and enforcement,
  – Work on bilateral investment agreements
  – Work on European Law compatibility / incompatibility of BIT concluded between European countries
• Member of the “Think tank pour le développement de l’arbitrage à Luxembourg”

Arbitration Experience

Counsel in over 10 domestic arbitrations in commercial and construction disputes under the rules of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
I also have experience in relation with the enforcement of awards in Luxembourg (for example the PEMEX case).
