Experience as Counsel in 6 investment treaty arbitrations under the ICSID and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in several industries (metals & mining, oil & gas, real estate development, manufacturing of consumer goods, media & entertainment, energy) as well as 3 international commercial disputes and arbitrations under the ICC Rules in several industries (oil & gas, energy and construction).
And
Experience as Administrative Secretary to an arbitral tribunal in an international commercial arbitration under the ICC Rules. The dispute concerned a dispute in the media & entertainment industry.
