Arbitration Experience
Assisting French legal counsel on the Luxembourg law aspects (company and contract law) in arbitration proceedings before the ICC involving a Luxembourg company and a aircraft manufacturer on the terms and conditions of the debt instruments issued by the Luxembourg company;
Assisting English legal counsel on the Luxembourg law aspects (company law) in arbitration proceedings before the ICC involving a 50%-50% joint venture vehicle incorporated in Luxembourg and the violation by one shareholder of the shareholder agreement (with litigation in Turkey and Luxembourg)
