Professional Experience

Pierre Thielen is mainly handling corporate and financial law matters. As director of several private equity companies, he has acquired expert knowledge in the fields of acquisitions and restructurings.

A seasoned litigator, he regularly intervenes in complex corporate matters, shareholder disputes and liability litigation.

His personal and professional skills have let him to be elected President of the Luxembourg Bar Association in 2001.
