Biography

Educational/ Current position / Professional Experience

I hold a Magister Legum (LL. M.) from the Universität zu Köln (Germany), a Franco-German Master’s degree (Maîtrise franco-allemande) from the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master 2 in international private law and international commercial law (Droit international privé et du Commerce International) from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas.

I am a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution as well as the Administrative Law, Property, Construction & Environment practices of Arendt & Medernach. I specialize in commercial and civil law disputes and also advise clients on real estate and public procurement law matters.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg Bar, I worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt from 2010 to 2017. I am a member of the Paris (2010), Frankfurt (2014) and Luxembourg Bars (2017).

I am a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).

Arbitration Experience

I have been acting as counsel in domestic and international arbitration cases, mainly regarding agency and distribution matters.
Those arbitration proceedings were governed either by the ICC Arbitration Rules or by the DIS-Rules.
