Past positions: Corporate Counsel, Member of the European Commission Legal Service, Clerk of a judge at the EU General Court, international lawyer

Vasil also acted as counsel:

– in several landmark cases at the national and EU level where the issue on the arbitrability of claims resulting from EU antitrust infringements has been dealt with;

– in contractual liability cases subject to an arbitration clause under Article 272 TFEU.
