Arbitration Experience
Assistance in an arbitration proceeding in the field of energy, opposing two German companies and one public entity. The applicable law was the Luxembourgish one.
Acting as litigator in a summary proceeding in Luxembourg that was linked to a pending arbitration proceeding in Warsaw concerning a dispute relating to a Share Purchase Agreement. Polish applicable law.
