Arbitration Experience
- « I have been sitting as arbitrator since 2000. I have sat as arbitrator in over 20 arbitrations, mainly commercial arbitrations, either as a sole arbitrator (approximately 50%) or as a member of a panel. Most of these arbitrations have been international, i.e. involving parties of different nationalities. The disputes have often concerned commodities and have been subject to the rules of the London Metal Exchange or the Minor Metals (i.e. specialist) Trade Association. I have also sat as arbitrator in proceedings governed by ICC rules.
