Arbitration Experience

I have been involved in over sixty (60) arbitrations involving various arbitration institutions and rules. Most have been institutional, but I have also served as sole arbitrator in ad hoc arbitrations. I have served as the chair in approximately fifteen (15) arbitrations and sole arbitrator in over thirty (30) arbitrations. The subject matters of these arbitrations have been varied including disputes arising from financing agreements, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, construction agreements, insurance and intellectual property.
As a General Counsel and in-house counsel, I managed about ten (10) arbitrations related to commercial agreements, telecommunication infrastructure projects, ship building agreements and commercial agreements.,
