Vasil also acted as counsel:
- in several landmark cases at the national and EU level where the issue on the arbitrability of claims resulting from EU antitrust infringements has been dealt with;
- in contractual liability cases subject to an arbitration clause under Article 272 TFEU.
Arbitration Experience:
Vasil has extensive experience as an intermediary manager on behalf of parties involved in high-profile international arbitration cases in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
